A former removal depot site that has been cleverly designed to sympathise with the local and historic street scene, to incorporate a new Marks and Spencer retail store and first floor residential accommodation above. By working closely with the Local Authority and managing the client design team, the project was subsequently given a design award from the Teddington Society for the contribution the building has made to the local environment.
