Over the years many of our Commercial Clients have asked us to look at their personal residences both here in the UK and abroad.

This has now developed further into us being able to offer a Private Client service to a select list of clients.

This service is very much a bespoke service tailored towards what the client requires. It can include Architecture, Project Management, Cost Control and Design Coordination. Often our appointment is through the Principal Contractor or clients managing agent whereby leaving the client to concentrate on what they do best.

Taking our commercial knowhow and can do attitude we are able to offer a truly unique confidential service not offered by any other multi disciplined consultancy.

As most projects are refurbishment of existing buildings we often work alongside the clients preferred Interior Designer and provide all the other services and coordination to complete the project with one point of responsibility and accountability.

Our list of clients is ever growing and now includes many celebrities , media and rock stars.
