Tesco Potton
After several years and two planning appeals the picturesque town of Potton in Bedfordshire finally has a new Tesco Express Store, with residential accomodation above.
This development comprises a 5000 sq.ft retail store and car park at ground floor level with three self contained flats above.
MBH Partnership worked very closely with both the Local Authority and Tesco to ensure the style of the development was sympathetic to the Potton Conservation Area without compromising the clients commercial objectives.
