This project was to convert an old bar into a Tesco Express and the Main Contractors were Falcon Construction Services.

The site falls under a conservation area and as such MBH had to rise to the challenge set by not only the Conservation Office but also the local committee. Initially they were very against the designs, especially the ATM. After many consultations with the Conservation officer and the production of visualizations to illustrate our ideas we eventually won approval.
