MBH Project Managed the successful planning application to convert a 72000sqft head office in deepest Surrey Green Belt into a 110,000sqft 96 bedroom State of the Art Care Home.

Working closely with our client Anchor Trust we interviewed and appointed a world class design team and managed the team to a successful conclusion over an 18 month period.

The development includes 4 individual clusters over 3 floors with separate lounges and kitchens to enable the residents to live comfortably in small groups of 11 or 12.

The old manor house was converted and extended into central heart building housing a pool, gym, fine restaurant and treatment rooms. Separate ancillary buildings housed in the old stables, boathouse design studio and sensual gardens has made the development truly unique .

With a very modern green design, sustainable energy solutions and an amazing landscaping scheme the development will significantly enhance this important green belt site and enhance the lives of it’s elderly residents.
